Enzo Ferrari Museum Modena

The museum complex includes Enzo Ferrari’s birthplace and a futuristic automotive design gallery, painted in the yellow that Enzo Ferrari chose as the background for the Prancing horse on his logo.
Jan Kaplický suddenly passed away in Prague in 2009. The exhibition gallery was designed by the famous architect Jan Kaplicky, born and raised in Prague, during his career he worked with Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers (developing with them the design for competition for the Paris Centre Georges Pompidou), and later on with Foster and Partners. In 1979 he founded the architectural practice Future Systems. His most renowned projects are the Media Centre of the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, and the Selfridges Building in Birmingham.
